Our Mandate

We believe in fostering well-being in our workplace through prevention and early intervention to support mental health wellness. Our program is designed to provide confidential and professional counselling services to employees and their families. Our team of experienced counsellors are committed to helping individuals overcome personal and work-related challenges.

Our counsellors provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings. We use evidence-based practices to help individuals address a variety of emotional and mental health concerns.

Our family counselling services provide a supportive and collaborative environment for families to explore and resolve issues. 

Our couples counselling services are designed to help couples improve their communication and strengthen their relationships. Our counsellors provide a neutral and supportive space for couples to explore their challenges and work towards their goals.
