Getting started with EFAP

You don’t have to figure it out alone.

The Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) is here to support you and your family through life’s challenges ; whether you’re dealing with something serious, going through a difficult time, or simply need someone to talk to.

You do not need to wait until things become a crisis to reach out.

EFAP can support you with personal, family, workplace and emotional concerns, as well as many of the everyday challenges that can affect your well-being.

How to Get Started

Are you eligible

EFAP is available to eligible City of Saskatoon employees and their immediate family members. If you still unsure if you meet the criteria, contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Find the right support

Based on your needs, EFAP can help connect you with the appropriate counsellor, service or resource.

Your first conversation is an opportunity to discuss what you’re looking for and determine what support may be helpful.
